Healthy lifestyle advice

With a busier pace of life nowadays, healthy eating and fitness is often bottom of the list. There are many benefits in keeping fit and healthy, it is important to your wellbeing and can reduce onset of many conditions and illnesses.

Our team is here to give you advice and support.

Disposal of unwanted meds

If you have any unwanted or unused medication we can dispose of them safely. Unwanted medicines are an increased hazard especially to young children who may come into contact with them. You should always store medicines including vitamins out of reach of children and arrange safe disposal of them as soon as they are no longer required. Medicines should not be disposed of in landfill due to environmental risks they can pose. We have a contract with a specialist agency that ensures their safe disposal with minimal impact to the environment. We recommend that you regularly go through your medicine and arrange disposal of old medicines that you no longer take, despite the expiry date on them. Please note that our disposal contract does not allow us to take receipt of any ‘sharps or needles’.

Please contact us for more advice.
